The size of the lettering on your sign will be proportional to the design size you are working with. If you are designing a 18' x 24" sign and your lettering is about 1/3 of the sign height then you have about a 6" letter height.

Placing An Order
Once you have placed your order and checked out, we will email order confirmation containing your final total, a link to check your order and shipment status, billing, sign design proof, contact and shipment information.
If you didn't get your order confirmation by email, please check your junk, trash and/or spam email folders.
You can cancel your order only if it has not gone into production. Once in production an order can not be canceled without a charge based on what work has been completed. Customizing Your Sign Is Easy!
If you want to print a photo on your sign, then you should submit a high resolution JPG image. The image should be at least 150 dpi at actual size and less than 5 Megabytes (5MB). **300 dpi at actual size is best quality JPEG, GIF, BMP, and PNG are also accepted.
We will make sure the arrow is pointing in the same direction on both sides of the sign. If the art needs to change or slightly modified on the 2nd side of the sign we will contact you and email an additional proof for your approval, before any production begins. **** An art upcharge or 2nd side arrow fee may need to be charged for this service.

Production Time and Shipping
Most orders ship in 5 business days or less. Shipping prices quoted are UPS Standard Ground. Approximately 80% of the continental USA is 3 business days or less when shipped UPS Standard Ground.
